Kaitlyn Nelson, PA-C
Kaitlyn Nelson, MS, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant and injection specialist who has amassed a cult following for her natural, yet impactful results. Kaitlyn obtained her Master’s degree from Weill Cornell and clinical training at the prestigious New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Kaitlyn jokes that she understood the concepts of facial aesthetics and injectables even before her foundational medicine. And it’s true, she has been immersed in the field, learning and cultivating her craft, for almost 15 years.
Her experience as a first-assistant in the operating room has provided a unique opportunity in the aesthetic space. She employs the theories and principles of surgical procedures to non-surgical modalities. This has provided her with an intimate knowledge of facial anatomy. Her work can be described as subtle, methodical, and precise enhancements while staying true to her patients’ natural beauty.
Kaitlyn prides herself on her dedication to education. This has been recognized by Kaitlyn’s promotion to an elite national trainer position by Galderma, a leading manufacturer.
Kaitlyn has also been named one of top 100 injectors in the US and was awarded “Most Loved Injector” by Real Self.
Kaitlyn, always a lover of city life, resides in Philadelphia with her fiancé. She enjoys exploring unique coffee shops, a killer Pilates class, and off-the-beaten-path traveling.
Michele Petrillo R.N.
Michele begins her treatment plan with a comprehensive evaluation of each patient’s desires and concerns and then devises a treatment plan to give them the best long-term result. This treatment regimen may be accomplished in one session or require multiple sessions. “My goal is to present each patient with the best options to attain desired results. If this journey requires more than one treatment session, I will explain to each patient my reasons and together we will proceed with the best possible rejuvenation plan.”
Michele has worked with injectors from around the world in an effort to “learn from the best” and has developed her own unique injection techniques. Her efforts have cultivated an active injectable practice earning her the respect of physicians and colleagues in her field.
Michele received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Villanova University. Michele frequently teaches beginner, mid-level and advanced injection techniques to nurses, physicians, and dentists.
Michele sees patients for a full range of injectable services in Bucks County on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Those services include BOTOX®, Dysport, Vollure, Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Radiesse, Juvederm XC, Juvederm Ultra Plus.
Martin Lewis, MSN, ANP

Martin holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a post-master’s certificate as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions as well as a Master of Education in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He also is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society in Nursing.
As a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and Exercise Physiologist, Martin has been involved in the prevention, care and treatment of chronic illness for the past 30+ years in healthcare. His practice has evolved to focus on the longevity and quality of life by including integrative modalities and treatments that include aesthetics medicine and the enhancement of the body to deal with daily and situational stress that accelerate the aging process.
Over the past 5 years, Martin has developed a hair restoration and facial rejuvenation program for men and women which includes the use of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). He values the role nutrition and has combined his history in food and behavior research with the understanding of the imperative role nutrition has in the daily and overall aging process. Martin is a proponent in nutrient infusion therapies as effective and restorative properties to boost energy, detoxify, enhance immunity, combat fatigue and assist with aging management. In addition, for the past 20 years, he has had the opportunity to fulfill his interest on men’s health and their specific needs when it comes quality of life. Throughout all of Martin’s treatment paradigms, he incorporates both cognitive and behavioral techniques to improve the outcomes for the patient.
Martin’s work over the last three decades in healthcare has been recognized by two lifetime achievement awards from both the community and his peer professionals. A commitment to retention and restorative anti-aging therapies supports his core value to live a life of the highest quality and personal fulfillment.
